About the role

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Admin Officer and ensuring efficient day-to-day admin matters at branch offices and project sites.

What you will do

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the operational backbone of our team—managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, and keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll handle communication, support key projects, and anticipate needs before they arise. Basically, if it needs doing, you’ll know, and you’ll get it done—efficiently, accurately, and with a cool head.

  • Process payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all payroll transactions.
  • Resolve payroll issues promptly and efficiently, working with other departments and Officers if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file all payroll-related tax returns and reports.
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and totality.
  • Communicate with employees about payroll-related concerns.
  • Work with HR and other departments to ensure that any personnel changes are processed promptly.
  • Provide support for various payroll projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver payroll reports and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Prepare Government Contribution Report.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

About the role

As a Finance Assistant, you will be instrumental in consolidating and analyzing financial data, aligning it with the company’s goals and financial position.

What you will do

Your role involves offering innovative alternatives and reccommendations to enhance cost efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure smooth day to day operations working hand in hand with Finance Officer such as:

  • Preparation of vouchers for cheque creation
  • Custodian of the petty cash fund of the company
  • Liaise with the branch officers to improve and develop branch financial & accounting procedures
  • Checking of monthly bank reconciliation
  • Adjust journal entries in the company’s accounting system
  • Checking and posting entries on the accounting system
  • Checking all liquidations of employees
  • Monitors deductions of employees
  • Checking different posted data entries every month for the preparation of the Financial Statement
  • Monthly preparation of schedules of Cash Receipts and Disbursements
  • Perform weekly Cash Count
  • Perform other assigned tasks by the Finance Officer from trime to time
What you need to qualify
  • BS in Business Ad Major in Financial Management / Management Accounting
  • BS in Accountancy

About the role

The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Operations Officer and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at branch offices and project sites.

What you will do

Responsibilities include directing and coordinating activities per the Operations Officer’s instructions, actively participating in data gathering and analysis to enhance business procedures and practices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with the following tasks:

  • Monitors the day-to-day operations in the project sites/branch operations through reports/data gathering
  • Assists in implementing work plans, projects, schedules, budgets and work force utilization to meet the goals of the Project/Branch
  • Assists in investigations for accidents, incidents, and assaults then suggest the appropriate actions to the Operations Officer and to the General Manager
  • Assists in establishing procedures for the collection and reporting of statistical information and the preparation of reports indicating cost and volume of operations
  • Assists in conducting studies and recommends reductions or addition to personnel, facilities, and equipment, and changes in type and level of service
  • Compiled data in connection with the preparation of specifications for trucks, semitrailers, and special equipment
  • Works closely with the Operations Officer and General Manager in interpreting compiled data and applying provision in the company’s existing policies and procedures
  • Represent the company for external affairs when needed
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
